Unusual Entries

If there is a long interval between two transactions in any accounts, vendors, or customers, Xenett will find them unusual and want you to review them. This allows you to review such transactions and confirm that they are valid and not a mistake. If it is a mistake, you can take appropriate action to make the change.

For example, The last entry recorded for the Legal and Professional Services account was of 6/11/2020. Now, it has been over 12 months and a new entry is found recorded in this account dated 8/10/2021. Xenett will display such transactions for you to review as it is not usual. You can review and confirm the transactions or make necessary changes in case of incorrect ones. If they look good to you, you can Mark it as Reviewed.
