White Labeling
The client portal is hosted on https://portal.xenett.com by default. However, if you want to change the domain/URL, you can do the below configuration.
Once you set up the custom domain (say portal.yourdomain.com), it will generate CNAME entries that need to be added to the DNS Records of your domain server.
Different Domain Hosting Providers may have a different path to show DNS Records. Here are some specific instructions for some common server hosts:
All emails your clients get from Xenett come from [email protected]. But, you can use your own email address instead.
This custom email address once set, will become active only after you've added the CNAME entries to your hosting server, as mentioned above.
You can personalize the client portal page by adding an image of your choice. This image will be displayed when your clients log in to the Client Portal, giving them a familiar touch with your logo or preferred image on their login page.
Customize your client's login experience by uploading an image representing your firm. When they log in, they'll see your firm's image, making it feel more personal.
You can set your firm logo from the Settings --> Firm Info.
