Notify Client/Schedule Emails

You can set up auto reminders, which will send reminders on the scheduled day and time. If you don't want to wait for the next scheduled reminder but want to notify your client right now, you can do so.

Go to the Questions module, click on three dots, and then Notify the Client.

Click Send if you want to notify your client right now.

You can schedule it to go on a specific day and time. Click on Schedule Send and set the day and time. For example, if you don't want to bother your clients during weekends or holidays, you can schedule your emails to go out when they're more likely to see them.
