every to do and close to do you make needs to be in a folder all the folders are managed and created at the firm level; you can't have client specific folders for example, if you're working with client a and make a folder called 'onboarding', it's for the whole firm, not just client a also, the to dos and close to dos have separate folders so, if you make a folder in the to do section, you won't see it in the close mode or the other way around to add/rename/delete the folder, go to settings > templates > folders you'll see three dots right next to each folder name there, you can choose to rename or delete the folder
