Every To-Do and Close To-Do you make needs to be in a folder. All the folders are managed and created at the firm level; you can't have client-specific folders. For example, if you're working with Client A and make a folder called 'Onboarding', it's for the whole firm, not just Client A. Also, the To-Dos and Close To-Dos have separate folders. So, if you make a folder in the To-Do section, you won't see it in the Close mode or the other way around.

To add/rename/delete the folder, go to Settings --> Templates --> Folders.

You'll see three dots right next to each folder name. There, you can choose to Rename or delete the folder.
