User Roles

First, let's understand what different user roles are available in Xenett.

  1. Super Admin - The Super Admin User Role has all the access as Admin User. This user originally signed up for Xenett and will have the right to cancel Xenett Service (which the admin user can't do).
  2. Admin - The Admin User Role gets access to all the clients by default, regardless of who adds the client.
  3. Staff - All users other than Super Admin and Admin will remain staff users. Staff users will not have the option to access the Firm settings.

Invite a user

To invite a new user, Go to Settings > Manager users > Add New User

Once invited, the user will receive an email to accept the invitation and set up the password.

When inviting a new user, you can also choose to assign the necessary clients access to Xenett.

Resend Invitation to User

If the user you invited hasn't received the email to set up their account, you can resend the invitation from the Manage User screen.

Assign Client File

Please click the Assign Client File button at the top right to assign a client file. From the pop-up, you can assign multiple client files to multiple users.

Delete a user

To delete a user:

  1. Go to Manage Users.
  2. Click the Delete option under the three dots next to the user's name.
  3. Confirm the deletion, and the user will be removed.
