The Purpose

You don't need to keep chasing your clients for the unanswered questions. You can set up Auto-reminders, and Xenett will automatically remind your client through email on the scheduled day and time, which saves you a lot of time as you no longer have to chase.

How to set up the auto-reminders

Follow this - Go to Client in Xenett>Settings>Client Portal>Set up Auto Reminders.
