the use case client properties lets you create custom fields that appear on the client list screen this is handy if you want to categorize your clients for example, if you have 25 clients with different sizes or importance levels, you can mark them with labels like tier 1, tier 2, tier 3, or anything else you want to write these labels will appear right on the client list screen, where you can see them easily client properties can have the following types checkbox date dropdown number text url users how to create client properties go to settings > client properties option > + add new button > create custom fields > create button explainer video
