Internal Comments

If you've any questions for your colleagues or managers, you can use internal comments to address the questions. You can ask questions on any transactions, To-do or Close To-do. You can even ask general questions, which could be completely independent of any transaction or To-do.

Whenever a comment is assigned to you, you get notified through email. If you want to change the notification setting, you can do so by clicking on your profile icon and then clicking on My Account.
