when you're handling multiple recurring projects—like gst filings, payroll runs, client onboarding, or financial reviews—it can get hard to keep track of what’s due, who’s responsible, or what needs urgent attention instead of setting filters again and again, you can save your most used views and open them in just one click what are list views? list views let you create and save custom views based on filters you use often these views act like shortcuts—helping you instantly see the projects or tasks that matter to you you can create list views for only client onboarding projects tasks assigned to you that are due this week items marked as “waiting on client” payroll projects due this month or any custom combination you need you don’t have to reapply filters every time—just open your saved view and get to work and if there’s a view you use all the time (like "my open tasks"), you can set it as your default view , so it opens automatically every time how to create or manage a list view click the “list” button at the top of the screen choose an existing view or click “+ create view” apply the filters you want (e g , status, assignee, project type, tags, etc ) once the filtered list looks good, click “save view” give your view a meaningful name (e g , “month end review tasks” ) done! the view is now saved and available under your “list” dropdown for future use you can save views at two levels project list (to filter projects) task list inside a project (to filter tasks)
