Customize To-do Status

The default To-do statuses are Open and Done. However, you can add more statuses to customize your workflow from Settings -->To-do Settings.
Some examples of To-Do statuses include On Hold, Ready for Review, Stuck Due to Client, and others.
You can't delete the default statuses 'Open' and 'Done,' but you can rename and change their colors if you want.
