once your project is set up, you may need to add tasks that require a personal touch—like a quick follow up or a reminder to gather missing information for example, midway through a project, you might realize the client hasn’t provided bank feed access or you need to chase a pending invoice these tasks weren’t in your original plan but still need to be tracked here’s how it works inside the project, click add task select task type task, review point, or gl rec fill in task details section name assignee due date recurrence (optional) priority & tags click create or create & new to keep adding more and that’s it—your task is live and part of your workflow whether it’s a one time reminder or the start of a recurring process, manual tasks help you stay flexible, accurate, and fully in control
